Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania
&Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge has the distinct
pleasure of offering three discrete safari camps at the
edge of what can only be described as an African
Eden. The incredible crater, a World Heritage Site, is
home to 30,000 animals. The continent’s largest
black-maned lions live here, as do multitudes of zebra
and wildebeest. When you’re not out on game
drives, enjoy the luxurious lodge, which evokes a
blend of Versailles Palace and Maasai village and
offers every creature comfort, from personal butler
service to a cozy fireplace. Enjoy a delecctable
dinner overlooking the crater below, savoring the
saffron, nutmeg and vanilla hints in the cuisine.
